The Roma Pass: Save on Tickets for Museums, Archaeological Sites and Public Transport

Saving on tickets for monuments and transport is possible by purchasing the Roma Pass. This card, available in two different versions – € 28 (valid for 48 hours) and € 36 (valid for 72 hours), allows free access to 1 or 2 museums and archaeological sites, and to the entire public transport network of the city: ATAC bus, Metro line A, B, B1 and C, Roma – Lido, Roma – Viterbo (up to Sacrofano station), Roma – Pantano. 

You will also get discount on other museums and sites, exhibitions, theater events, concerts, dance shows and many other tourist services. Together with the Roma Pass card you will also be given a map of the center of Rome, a ticket for public transport and a list of museums, archaeological sites and affiliated facilities. You can buy your Roma Pass in Museums and in the network sites, and in Tourist Info Points located in various spots of the city. See the list.

 

All the Tourist Info You Will Need in the Infopoints in the City

Visiting Rome is now easier thanks to the many Tourist Infopoints, where qualified and multilingual staff will welcome anyone who needs basic tourist information on how to get around the city . Here it is possible to collect free promotional and informational material of tourist and cultural interest approved by the Municipality of Rome and by the Department of Tourism, Training and Work of Rome. 

These information points are open 365 days a year from Monday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (Info Point Ciampino until 6:00 pm) and tickets for cultural events (museums, shows, events) can be purchased through the Ticketone circuit by paying with debit and credit cards.

For information regarding Rome’s cultural and tourist package, tourists and locals can also contact the number 060608, and they will be provided with all the necessary information on tourist services, hospitality, events schedule and useful information on mobility – real-time updates on transport and traffic, and the best routes to reach the desired destination. It is also possible, thanks to the collaboration with Zètema Progetto Cultura, to purchase tickets for museums, theaters and events using a credit card (ticket collection at the venue).
